Thank you for your e-mail to the National Processing Center concerning the PERM program. Unfortunately, due to the number of requests received, we are not able to respond to individual questions. Therefore, to the extent feasible, we will answer your question in our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ’s) section of our web-site found at http://www.plc.doleta.gov/ http://atlas.doleta.gov/foreign/faqs.asp or An electronic version of the regulation governing the PERM program is also available at this web address.

If your question is of a technical nature concerning the Permanent Online System (i.e., questions such as “I cannot log in to the system” or “I lost my password”), please contact the technical help desk at PLC.HELP@dol.gov.

Please note: National Processing Centers will not issue confirmations of receipt for mail-in applications. If the employer wishes to maintain a record of having mailed the application, it is recommended that a mail service which provides such documentation be used.
