Contacting an IIO

Hi,

I did my FP on 12/1 ahead of schedule and FBI says they received it from INS and processed it and sent it back the same day.

How long should I wait before checking with IIO that my application is in system 2?

Is there any technique to get thru to an IIO, I tried several times but only get busy signals, where as several people on this board seem to be able to get thru.

Gurus please help, thanks in advance.

I did on Nov 1st and was in the system on Nov 16th and for getting a hold of CSC try to call at 8:30
