Contact VSC/485 after ...

I keep reading that you can actually call VSC if the x number of days in your receipt notice have passed.
Mine has been over two years. Is there a special number and way to call to get some real answers?

This goes by the VSC's posted processing date (currently 11/12/02 -- see https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Vermont). If your ND is on / before 09/12/02 or thereabouts I believe that you can try to initiate an inquiry into your case if they are more than 60 days past your ND.

I don't know how helpful these inquiries are -- many people have also ended up contacting their local senator's office for help also.
