Sorry to bother again, but if anyone was able to call TSC recently, could you please tell how to call there. Thanks very much.

Also, the system has been changing - it is not the same way - apparently ( I have never contacted them) you have to use it in a special sequence that has changed - dont remember where I read that.
I just called TSC and reached an officer. nightsman is right, you have to listen and follow the instructions, the option numbers 1-2-2-6-1 may not make sense now as the menu changed.
I followed the voice instruction, and went to the option "my case is out of processing time", and got an officer right away. However, his first question to me was "Do you believe that your case is out of processing time?" Instead of answering his question, I raised mine: my dependent son already received his GC, why I as a primary applicant haven't yet?
So he put a SR (service request) for me right away.
