I just called TSC and reached an officer. nightsman is right, you have to listen and follow the instructions, the option numbers 1-2-2-6-1 may not make sense now as the menu changed.
I followed the voice instruction, and went to the option "my case is out of processing time", and got an officer right away. However, his first question to me was "Do you believe that your case is out of processing time?"
