Yes i've contacted them 3 weeks ago
Case is pending namecheck in USCIS pitts(i-485/i-130 family based) petition....its been pending since last 8 months now.....Just recently contacted the senators in WV and PA...and from all 4 of them i have received letters saying an inquiry has been made at FBI Office....this letter arrived in mail 3 weeks ago.....silence prevailed since then.....dunno whats next? lawyer said pitts senators inquiry really works....still waiting to see the magik

How to contact the PA senator
Hi Shon,
I have been a silent listener to this forum. My name check is also pending at Vermont SC for more than one year. Can you please let me know how you contacted the PA senator? is there any templates available? I will really appreciate it..
My details are as follows
Applied for I-485 with my wife on Dec 28, 2004
I-485 RD Jan 20, 2005
Name check pending since Feb 2005
My wifes case already been approved on Sep 2005
(She is schedule A, primary applicant)

navigate to senate.gov and choose Pennsylvania....Currently Arlen and Rick santorum are the senators....In their personal pages, you have a link to post your problem....choose immigration as the issue. write your case.....if u need the format, email me at my personal email at shonkho2004@yahoo.com
