Contact Congressman or senator

My I485 was filed in June 2003 but was not approved yet. My FPs were rejected three times by FBI, and no progress on my case since. It seems on the board people will contact congressmen or senators when there are problems with their case. I tried to call Senator George Allen's office but got reach voice recording every time.

Any suggestion as how to be aggressive about my case? I am really worried.

Try contacting a congressman that is a representative for your district. It sometimes helps to talk to someone closer to the district that senators.

When you say senator, do you mean United States senate or the state senate?
