Here is the situation. I came to US thru company A on H1B Visa. At that time my work exp was only 2 years and company A applied for EB3 processing of Green Card.
I have worked on Client B, C, D and E till now but my sponsoring Company A remained the same throughout till date.
Dates of engagement on client:

Client B: April 14th 2008 - March 5th 2010
Client C: March 25th 2010 - Sept 24th 2010 (gap of 20 days from previous)
Client D: Oct 4th 2010 - Feb 24th 2011 (gap of 10 days from previous)
Client E: Mar 16th 2011 till to date. (gap of 19 days from previous)

Now my work experience is over 5 years and I want to switch from my "CONSULTING" company to another company who is willing to file my GC in EB2 category which will be much quicker than EB3.
Do I need "client side" experience letters or only the experience letter from my own company A for filing in EB2 with the new company.
Please guide .

-----Company B Can do that and you will need EXP letter from A as A is your employer (client is NOT Employer). if your I-140 is approved then you can also recapture your EB3 PD for EB2. You have not posted if your I-140 is approved or I-485 pending. Post your full details.

------- From A. Let the new company Lawyer draft the letter according to requirements for EB2 then get the letter signed by A
