My son's immigrant Visa application just got fowarded to the Brazilian Consulate in Rio. Does anybody know how long it typically takes for the papers to finally get to this Consulate? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
I'm in the almost situation as you. I've just received (today) the Affidavit of Support Fee Bill and the DS-3032 (Choice of Agent and Address). Did you have to send to your son for him to fill out and send it back to you? I'm asking this because my son is only 12 years old, and it makes no sense to send him a paper in English for him to sign...
No, you have everything sent to you if you are the parent. They will send you everything including when his interview is. Call up the National Visa Center and they will help you. If you want to send me a private message I will be happy to talk to you.
