consulate appointment by TT services

I was trying to schedule a consulate appointment at
Delhi embassy via TT services website.

It does not let me schedule for a date after July 3rd.
Though there are openings before that date.

Is there a time period before which appointment
cannot be taken.

i think you can schedule appointment only one month in advance. I am not 100% sure about it thought. July 4th is a holiday. Did u try yesterday for July 7th or 8th?
 
I was trying for july 9th.

I think they follow 4 week (instead of 1 month)

So i guess I should try in another 3-4 days.
 
i may be wrong but for a h1/h4 i thought u have to go through dropbox. and for delhi if it is first time h1 then u must apply in person. May be you should verify this with Delhi embassy before scheduling appointment

Actually delhi embassy does allow interviews
(even for people eligible for drop box)

A friend of mine in similar situation recently got
a interview scheduled.

I verified this with TT services.
They let you go for an interview even when eligible for drop-box.
