Hi I recently found out that my H1 visa was approved. But I was told by my employer that it was a consular processing so I need to go back home. I don't know if this was done because my I-94 is going to expire on Sept.14. Anyway, is there any chance that I don't need to go back home? And if ever I do go back home what are the requirements and procedures for picking up the visa?
One more thing, my husband is also filed for an H4 visa and we haven't received his approval notice yet. If I get approved, does his petition for H4 gets approved automatically? Thanks!
