Consular Processing Time In Delhi

I filed my I-485 in Texas Service Center one and a half year ago. It looks like it will take another year and a half for it to be approved. My Questions are
a) How much time does it takes for New Delhi Embassy to Interview if I go with Attorney Certified I-140.
b)What is the total fee/expenses.
c) Will it be a good route to take.
