consular processing Question

I appreciate if someone answerer my question. I am sure this information will help the others too.
1-I-140 approved
2-PD became current 2 months ago( according to VB website)
3-Still I did not received any letter regarding my approval and fees which I have to pay to begin CP
4-How long will take till I receive my interview?( in Montreal/ Canada)

4-How long will take till I receive my interview?( in Montreal/ Canada) --you send the docs to NVC and then they do some processing and forward the case to Montreal. Montreal if the PD is current would take 2-4 months to schedule an interview.

Recently I've applied for I-824 to do CP in Montreal, Canada and received recipt.

Can I send my Docs to NVC to continue processing and scedule an interview apt. or wait for I-824 process to complete...
