I am sponsoring my parents for a green card (I am a US citizen). They will be going through CP. I was reading on the web that police reports are required from any countries where the applicants (my parents) have lived after the age of 16. They were in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) for 10 years in the late 1970's and early 1980's. Does anyone know the procedure for obtaining police reports from UAE? Is it even required? They haven't received their Packet III yet so I am trying to get this done in parallel if that is going to be a requirement.
