Consular Processing for 485 from India.

No Title

EB-2, 140 approved, will be applying for 485 shortly. Any insights on having 485 and rest of processing applied in consul\'s office in India rather than INS office here. Am looking for Pros/Cons. Thanks in advance.

If you already have an I140 approved for AOS you will have to file an I824 to make an ammendment. In short what is the difference well its a choice of getting a stamp in your passport in 4-6 months and waiting indefinitly for 2 1/2 years in hell for you via the AOS route. However the CP alternative is not for everyone, read the details of how, why, when what at www.immihelp.com
