Just want to know what are the documents they are usually asking for the interview in the consular interview.Did they check each and every experience certificate and other documents.Some comapnies i worked earlier is closed now

No, the consulate does not check prior work experience letters. You just need the documents that they ask for.

This lists the required documents. Also a required list is mentioned in P4!

Not required but good to have: Apart from above carry 3-4 pay stubs, tax transcripts and previous 3 years 1040 forms, academic transcripts....1-2 bank statements/ letter from your bank that your account is in good standing
