Consular Processing dilemma

I had previously filed for GC under EB3 India under consular processing. my file had reached Bombay consulate but I never got the call from the consulate for the interview because my PD was not current. And now next month my priority date is going to be current again next month BUT i changed jobs last year (but I am still with the same company) and started a new job with new PERM file application under EB2.

Now my questions are as follows:

1) My company is okay with the fact that I can get my old job back for CP interview purposes. Since GC is based on future job, is it a problem if i changed jobs last year and now i am showing that i want to go back to my old job after GC? Would this raise a red flag at the consulate?

2) my employer is okay with the fact that i can get my old job back but still wants me to continue my new job that i took up last year. So is it okay to list in the employment letter to mention that my job after GC will be both jobs or should i just mention my old job for which the GC is based?

let me know your thoughts....thanks

Go with this,no need to change back job

Take this kind of offer letter from your old company(GC sponsoring company).(with notarized)
You do not need to change the company back again.You got to tell the visa officer that you are going to join again this company after approval.I did the same thing and completed successfully.CP is very.... easy than 485.

Re: Name Case #

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter to certify that Mr. xxx will be working with us as a permanent employee on full time basis and will continue to be employed by 2007 upon his return to the United States with an immigrant visa in the position of software engineer. He will be employed in the same position for which certification was obtained from the U.S. Department of Labor and for which an I-140 Petition was filed and approved on his behalf with the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Mr. xxx will plan, design, develop, test and document programs for CRM applications. His employment is neither seasonal nor temporary but constitutes a full time offer of employment.

He will be paid a salary of not less than $xxxxx per year in this position. His prospects for continued employment are excellent. Please call me if you have any questions.

Very truly yours,
