I scanned consolidated file#95 ( 1/1/04 ) and extracted all records with the "Mailed directly" STATUS. These cases have been assigned a STATUS GROUP of "Approved/Completed" in the scans.

We know this is incorrect. Most of these are not approvals.
In cons_#95 I found 319 cases with the "Mailed directly" STATUS.
When I compared the STATUS of these cases against cons_#170 ( 2/14/04 ) the following differences in STATUS showed up :

RFE : 24
Transferred : 10
"Approved" : 13 ( These may be REAL approvals )

In all of the above 47 cases the change was after a year. Which leads me to believe that these were truly cases where a duplicate FP Notice had been mailed out causing the " Mailed directly" status.

For my sake and the sake of 319 others ( as of 2/14/04 , 415 cases and growing! ) with the "Mailed directly" status, I hope the 47 cases mean that we are not forgotten or lost cases.

For any of you that want to examine the results, I have attached the spreadsheet with the macros

Can we all change the Vb Script in the scans to report "MISC" STATUS GROUP instead of "APPROVED/COMPLETED" for cases with "Mailed directly to whom issued" so the numbers are more accurate?

My case is missing!

Is my case file lost at TSC. My src01250503XX, 4XX do not appear in your file.

May be I need wait 999 + days for TSC to figure out my file is missing! Oh, what a plight...

BTW, Thanks for such a good work.

Please post these in the relevant thread for the "core guys" to pick up and add you to the list.
Why dont you volunteer to make the changes to the zip file and upload a new version with your information yourself?

I can do that..

I can run 485scan file for a range and post the results here. Now what is the suggested range I should work with. I may work with the range around mine - SRC01250 if no one else has it.

Please post your request in the Data consolidation project thread. I am locking this thread.
