Can anybody help me if I withdraw my pending asylum case( I hv final hearing next year for removal proceddings) and go back to my COP for ever, will there be any problems in the country's airport by immigration authorities, will they question me as to why I hv overstayed in USA or will they hv access to know the details? I need to go because its very-very urgent n I am ready to put my life in danger for this...ur advise is appreciated..

no one is going to check you when u leave the states. u can just leave.

Thanx tributeblinky for the information u shared, basically I wanted to know in my country(INDIA) if immigration authorities will/can detain me ??... I know there is no problems leaving USA. Any more advises will be appreciated who know about India..
On what basis? Unless you commited a crime in India and flee..they shoulnd't have any reason to detain you. You broke US's laws not India's when you overstayed.
