My 140 is approved in Jan 2005 and 485 is still pending since Dec 2004. On June 1st, 2007 my company brought over by another company. My attorney says that he is going to file 140 amendment (successor-in-interest) with USCIS.
As my PD is going to become current in next month, what are the consequences if 140 amendment is received by USCUS after 485 approved?
