Congressman's office reply--I have to waiting 60 more days

Just got an email form congressman's office: my case in the hand of an adjudicating officer, I will hear something after 60 more days.

I did 2FP in July 17, LUD changed 7 times since then. I guess my case must be stuck in FBI name check.
 
If you think that case stuck with FBI, why dont you send an email/fax/call them and ask for the status?

How do we call FBI for name check? What is the number?

I called them and got the FP result but they did not give me the name check status. I have faxed and e-mailed them for the name check and nothing so far....

All you need to do is search for 'FBI Name check' for threads .

You will get a bunch of threads with phone numbers/fax numbers/email address etc and also latest changes in conatcting them. (I guess, they have stopped entertaining phone enquiries these days)


I sent a fax to '202 – 324 - 3367' with my details on 9/15/04 I got a reply from them after three weeks saying that they have sent back the info to USCIS.
