My husband filed I 130 with the vermont office in Oct. 2003 for his parents. He has called the 1 800 number, he has gone in...NOBODY seems to know anything. When he went into the office ...locally...they told him they would email the officer and a letter would be sent out. When he receives letters, it says, if you dont hear something in 6 months please contact us. ARGH! Vermont is currently processing December 3, 2005.

Has anyone contacted their congressman for help?
