Congressman intervention in Transfer Cases

Can someone post their experience with congressman intervention in local transfer cases. My case was transferred to Philly on 4/25 (pd: 7/98, rd: 2/00, FP: 2/01, TD: 4/01) and I am being advised to approach Congressman. Seeking some direction from experts... Thanks!

That 75 day chart is 8 months old and the timings are not true. But, thatnks for reponding. I think I will try the congressman route.
