Congressman in MA

When it comes to congressmen, you will usually be directed to contact who ever represents you, the area where you are a constituent. I think that you can go to Congress Web Site and check based on the zip code.

With senators, you can any of them, but I would still do it based on possibly proximity. For instance, Pennsylvania only has 2, but there is still a specific one that represents me as a constituent of a certain district.
