With Draw I485

Friends My situation is as follows :

I had applied for I 485 (just for myself and my family )thru\' my company some 1 months back ,now it seems
like my company is going to close down soon ,before I complete my 180 days after applying I 485.
On the other hand,My wife has also applied for green card thru\' her company and her I-140 is
approved.

My questions are as follows :

1.Can I file seperate I485 based on my wife\'s I140 approval.

2.Would I able use/transfer my existing A# ,EAD,while applying for I485 with my wife\'s green card

3.Can i withdraw my I485 and proceed with my wife\'s I140 approval.
