Don't think I got my GC :eek: ...I'd like to congratulate myself for getting my second EAD...What an accomplishment...This is pretty sad :D :D

Second EAD/AP is not bad at all, everybody will go through this. 3 and more is real sad
 
Got 3rd and will probably have to get 4th ...

I am a filer from TSC and just got my 3rd EAD. Its really sad but there is no other way at this point.

I guess there are far worse cases than 2nd EAD... Don't feel bad.

I have to maintain my H-1 just so that my wife stays on H-4. Can't file her 485 application due to retrogression. I hope my PD becomes current soon (March 2001).

I have known people wait for 5+ years for the GC... Some who can't bring spouse because for this immigration mess... People tied to their current employer just for GC... Else there are far better opportunities outside... etc etc etc

So my advice... Take it easy... Else you loose hair like me... :eek:
 
A fourth EAD succesfully SEcured here !!!!!!!!!
Dont fret my friend you hve along time to go for now :)
4 Eads and 4 Aps and over$3000.00 to USCIS.
I filed my case when it was INS.
Then it became something else . Now it is called USCIS.
Wonder what it will be called when I get my GC.
