Confusion!! Need help

Hi

My 140 got cleared in Jun 2005 and my prority date is current since Apr '06. I called TSC a couple of weeks ago to find out the status and the lady told me that my PD is not current yet . I filed under EB-2 Category.My 140 Approval notice clearly shows that my category is EB2.

Friends!! Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

here are my details:

Priority date : June3 2002
category : eb2
485 reciept date : April 22 2005
140 Appr.Dt : June 29 2005
concurrent filing

which country? IN or CH
anyway....don't bother they often do this kind of mistake
just call again you may get different answer
 
I am from INDIA. I placed an enquiry and received a response from TSC that my proirity date is not current yet. I am in a big confusion now
 
take an infopass appointment and take the letter and the labor/I140 docs copy if you have, a print out of the latest Visa bulettin.
Argue it with the officer at the INS office.

I took an infopass appointment and the immigration officer mailed my case details to the concerned authority at TSC in front of me but havn't heard anything from them till date.

Contacting my local senetor is the option left out. Will that really help??

1) Talk to your lawyer and ask him to initiate a enquiry to USCIS
2) Also ask your lawyer to initiate enquiry through AILA.

485 Approved !!!

Finally !! :) I got the magic mail that my 485 has been approved.

There was no information after the infopass appointment for almost 1 month. I had a change of address in the end of the june. after that i contacted my local senator on 10th July and got the good news on 21st July.
