Confusion in MHRD address

Hello every one!

I m on J1 VISA and applying for J1 waiver. Got my 'affidavit and statement' forms signed by consulate general of India, Houston. I did not receive any addresses from them to whom I have to send these docs in India. I know some consulates does it.

I am about to send them to MHRD, Delhi; Dept of Home; and Regional PP office.

Here is my question:

I have been looking for MHRD address and got confused with 2 different addresses.

1. The Educational secretary
Dept. of Education,
The Ministry of Human Resource Development,
ES.5 Section,
A-2/W-4 Curzon Road Barracks,
Kasturba Gandhi Marg,
New Delhi - 110001.

2.The Educational Secretary
Department of Education
The Ministry of Human Resource Development
ES-5 Section, A-1/W-3
Curzon Road Barracks
Kasturba Gandhi Marg
New Delhi – 110 001, India

I already have gone through all these posts and learnt many things. Can anybody please give me the correct address and the help would be very much appreciated.

I found it. correct is :

The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Education, ES 5 Section, A-1/W-3, Curzon Road Barracks, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110001. (For Non-medical Professionals only)


The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health, Nirman Bhawan, New Delhi- 110011 (for Medical Professionals only)

Even I found it afterwords and sent the forms recently.

I couldnt login afterwards... and sorry for the delay in reply...
