Confusing AP Online Message - Need Clarification

Hi

Today I checked my AP status online. The message said the following:

"On July 9, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."



Is the case approved or there is a RFE sent on this case. Did anybody got the same message ?.Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

-----AP is approved and sent to your lawyer who filed and if you directly filed it will come to you
