my question is when you have problem in your marriage after 4 years of marriage, can they take back their sponsorship, and petion back if they want to?

if you have already received green card there is almost nothing they can do unless they can prove that marriage was fraudulent from beginning.

It all depends on the US sponsor. Worst case, the US sponsor walks in and admits being part of a fraudulent marriage. In that case both sponsor and beneficiary can get into trouble.
