I have a question. Before I applied for AOS I was on H1B visa. I'm waiting for 7 months after interview for FBI name check. Still nothing! I used my Advance parole once to reenter US. Now clock is ticking and there is only one month before deadline. I read somewhere that if you reenter using Advance Parole that terminates H1b? Is that right? What do i need to do in that case? Or it just will go back to H1B in case if AOS not granted even if I used advance parole to reenter?
