Confused - Wait - OR -to change job now

Anyone OR Attorney- Please advice.

My 485 and 140 was concurrenly filed in April 2004. (PD November 2003. EB3/VSC). I got a RFE for w-2 and paystub. I have also got the second EAD Via renewal process.

The RFE was received in May 2005 . USCIS confirmed that they received RFE response docuemnts on June 10th 2005. Meanwhile iam getting better paying jobs of similar kind(so as to switch via AC-21).

Should i wait for (some dame luck) so that my 485 could be approved in the next few months?What are the chances?

OR

GO ahead and change Via Ac-21.? I do not want to be slave to my employer , as it may take years for the 485 to move forward?.

Some of my friends say that i could get approved. But being a EB3, retrogressed country, did anyone get approved?

Advice/ Suggestions are needed.

Yes. My i-140 was approved 10 months ago, in 2004.


But , Is there a chance of approval in October 2005?


(Worst case, - USCIS could move the PD processing dates from June 1st 2002 to October 1st 2002. Should i expect a miracle?

A miracle - of being approved, even if your PD in not current ?

In your place, I would change jobs, and use the AC21 portability if another RFE is issues regarding I-485
