Confused- Wait or Change job in a big firm

I have recently got EAD but not used it. I am getting good offer from my client company. I have filed my labour on EB3 somewhere in 2000 and got approved. I have I-140 approved too in 2002. I want to leave my present employer and join this big company. In this company, Techincal skills are entirely different as well name of the designation. but duties are the same.

I do not know what is mentioned in Labour and don't have a copy of it. but I have 140 approval notice. Under this situation my new company's HR dept ready to give just an employment letter. They do not want to deal with immigration.
Do I need to consult a lawyer for invoking AC21. My current lawyer is company sponsered. I don't know if I ask any favour he might inform my current employer which could pose a serious problem because just interview got over.

I have filed my 485 in Jan 2005 and six months almost passed. I do I140 Approval and 485 Copies. but I do not have the LC Application copy which contains my JOB Description when they Filed my LC. How do I get a copy of my JOB Description which was in LC. I wanted to have this just in case I get a query and my new company had to send my Job Duties and Responsibilities. My ex company would not give me photocopies of my LC Application. Is there a way I can get it from LC office.

MY LC Filed in Vermon and my current company is in Nebraska Service Center. What is the current chance of getting I-485 approved as my labour filed somewhere in April 2000.

----------------------- Job duties need to be same/similar (if possible try to get permanent job offer letter with same job title so that officer dont dig more)
