Confused Situation.. Need Some Advice

Hello,
I was on h1 b visa till last week and i had to return to india because of the 6 year limit.
can i apply for a visiting visa in 3 months ..
what are the possibilities of me getting the visitors visa ?
and to apply for the visa do i need a sponsor or can i sponser myself, which of these options are sujjested ?

Sure, you can visit and you don't need a sponsor. B visas are self-sponsored. Remember that you must remain outside the US for a year to reset your H1B clock.
