Confused on PD?

Hi Team -

Can u pls help me with this question..

I have applied on EB1-OR.
I-140 Applied on Oct 20th. PD Showing OCT 23rd
I-140 Approved Feb 2005
I-485 Applied on March 5th 2005
FP July 28th

What is the date they consider for processing my I-485 application.. Will the date be OCt 23rd the first time I applied or March date? Pls help.

Also I have code 3 in FP. What is this code and any comments. Thanks

I-485s are generally processed based on the receipt date of the I-485, not the original priority date. This of course assumes that the priority date is current, which for EB1 it will be.
