Confused about I-485

I have been an asylee since Jan 2010. This year I want to apply for I-485. But in April 2010 I traveled overseas ( NOT COP) and re-entered the US 13 days later. So I have been out of the US 13 days during 2010. Upon entry I was given a new I-94 with the usual ASYLEE Stamps. My questions are:
1) Do I have to wait until April (i year after entry) in order to apply for I-485?
2) Do I have to give explanations of my trip abroad at the application?
3) DO I have to submit copies of both I-94 ?

thx

You only have to wait ONE year from when you were initially granted asylee status to file the I-485.

i thought physical presence in the U.S for one year was a must to be able to file for i485 after an asylum grant. And i thought even if u'd travel outside, you would have to subtract those days from the one year period and wait until your physical presence amounts to one year...or is it not?
