My 180 days on EAD will get over next week and i plan to execute AC21.
My sponsoring employer is been enquired for some fraud which no one is aware of exact reason(It may have got blacklisted too). So, it is bit scary and i want to quickly shift to a new employer.
Now, I have offers from a top American company (Full time) & medium sized consulting (Contract). Contracting position is paying more than the Full time position. And both are same or similar jobs.
Questions i have are:
1. Will the fraud affect my 485 application? Will i get RFE's?
2. In any case, does it matter where you are shifting using AC21?
3. Does a Full time or contracting offer matter?
4. Does a Big or small company matter while defending my case during RFE's?
