Conflicting views for shots...

Hello all,

My wife recieved an RFE for her medicals, we had submitted her medical information when we filed her I-485, but she could not take the MMR and Diptheria tetanus shots, since she was pregnant.

USCIS has sent an RFE asking for that info, but, she is pregnant now, and here doctor says she cannot take the shots during pregnancy, but, RFE says she has to take the tetanus shot and is not waivable, and that it would be appropriate to complete the MMR vaccination at this time.

Any advice would be welcome.

suggestion

My suggestion is to get the I-693 supplemental form properly documented by your doc and sent to USCIS. In case of waiver for any vaccination, Doc's need to be explanation. Ask your attorney also.
