My RD is 2/01, and I got RFE for BC, and did turn it over in 3/02. I spoke to Senator\'s office, and they sent me letter saying that my case is with an officer. Last week when I called to check the status, I am informed by the IIO that my case is in transit.
Also he asked me to call only after 90 days, since they are really slow due to restructuring. Could any one throw light ? I dont know really as to whom to believe, but apart from sit back and wait.
