CONFIRMED! April Visa Bulletin Reflects Changes for EB2 India!
The April 2008 Visa Bulletin shows the EB2 category for India has changed from "unavailable" to a cutoff date of December 1, 2003. This is good news for many Indian nationals with pending I-485s in the EB2 category. Those with priority dates before December 1, 2003 potentially will be eligible for approval in the month of April 2008. The same is true for EB2 immigrant visa requests at the consulates abroad. Guess # of Visas

Anyone has a guess of number of EB2 visas left versus # of applicants who have PD before Dec 2003.

And anyone knows what will be the approval order ? Can we say that earliest PD will get approved first and so on and so forth?
