Draft amounts ?

CP gurus,

My interview is scheduled on Aug 23rd.

I have a question regarding the drafts we need to take. We have paid some fees to NVC already. I checked the Chennai consulate website.. but does not mention anything about the amount we paid to NVC. I remember reading on the boards that we may not have pay the full amount listed on the consulate site. Based on that,

1. How many drafts do we need ?
2. What amounts should the drafts be ?
3. Should the drafts above be taken separately for each applicant ? For instance, if answer to #1 is say 3 drafts, do my wife and I have to get 6 drafts or can we combine the amounts and just provide 3 drafts ?
