I-140 filed in Wrong Category

I have an EB2 labor approved with PD Dec, 2005. My attorney has filed I-140 under EB3 category using the EB2 labor. This I-140 was applied concurrently with I-485 for myself and spouse in August 2007. I realized that I-140 is in wrong category when I did not get the Greencard approval when my PD became current in August 2010.
What is the best possible action for me in this case to get I485 approval at the earliest?
