Conditions changed

Here is a question. If an asylee's I-485 is denied because of the change of conditions in her country, will she have a chance to disprove that or prove that returning to her country still is a real threath to her? I.E., will she have an interview or some way to appeal that decision.

Thanks.

Yako,

It is highly unlikely that I485 will be rejected due to change in country. If so then I am certain that there are ways to challenge it.

You keep raising this question. Why are you so worried? Can you tell us where are you from?

This has never happened.Your I-485 will be approved as long as you retain your asylum status.Situation change in C.O.P has nothing to do with your I-485.USCIS doesn't pay intention to that.

in theory they can revoke your asylum status if the situation in your country changed but I have never heard a single case, if USCIS apply this, thousands of asylees would be deported everyday, so don't worry about this.
