Conditional Resident Card Renewal?

My mom has been 5 years married to a U.S Citizen. They petitioned me and my two siblings last 2011. My mom had the Fiance visa, and we are under(dependent?) her because we are minors. I just turned 18 last December 2013, and my green card has been expired since October 2013. I don't have any idea on what to do, or how to renew my green card. I really want to renew it because i am planning to go back to the Philippines on December 2014 for a vacation. If anybody knows about anything on our situation. Please I need your help!! Thank you so much!

If you had conditional permanent residency, you can't just "renew" it. You and your mom had to have filed for Removal of Conditions (with form I-751) within the 90 days before the green card expired. If that was filed, you're fine. If not, you have no status, and am in big trouble. Ask her if she filed for herself and for you. If it was filed, then you should have received a receipt along with a letter extending the green card for one year. This letter plus the expired green card works like a non-expired green card for all purposes. If she had filed for Removal of Conditions by October, then it should be approved (and you will get non-conditional green cards) long before next December.

If she didn't file Removal of Conditions before the green card expired, there are some exceptions for filing Removal of Conditions late, but maybe you should consult a lawyer at that point.

Your facts don't add up. Your mother came with a fiancee visa, but she's been married 5 years already? She should have a 10-year green card or citizenship by now. Or is she still living with an expired green card?

Who petitioned you, your mom or her spouse?

My stepdad petitioned us, not my mom.

She renewed her green card last year before it expired.
