My husband has just become a US Citizen and I am a H1B visa holder. We have been married for more than 3 years in US and I am been using my H1B visa to work in US for the past 3 and a half years. Now, my US citizen husband wanted to sponsor me for green card. Does anyone one know if the "Conditional greencard" condition still apply in our case. In other words, do we need to remain in marriage for 2 more years after I got my green card ? Thanks!
