Conditional GC need urgent Help

I need big time help my CGC will be expiring on Jan 2012. My marriage is falling a part wife is threatening me that she will not sign for GC Conditions Removal and wants to file for divorce this week. also my son who will be 18 on Dec 2011 had his CGC through her.

Can any one advice me what are my options. Can i be able to extent or remove GC condition after divorce for both of us. what about my son who will be 18 before his CGC expire.

If you divorce before filing to remove conditions, you'll need an I-751 waiver to remove conditions.

Until the conditions are removed, your son's status is tied to yours, so if you don't remove conditions and get your 10-year GC, he won't get his 10-year GC either. His age doesn't matter, since he already met the necessary age criteria when his conditional GC was approved.
 
you should see if you have all the evidence you would need to prove your marriage is bona fide. if your evidence is rock solid, you do not need your wife's cooperation to receive your 10 year GC.
 
Do I have to wait for divorce to finalize before i file I-751 waiver to remove conditions.

My conditional GC will be expiring on Jan 22 ,2011

Can U tell me what are this evidence.

Coz my CGC is expiring end of Jan 2012.

wedding pictures, written statements from 3-4people that they know both of you and your marriage was in good intentions, insurance policy, bank statements, lease documents, tax forms, any thing in joint status.

You can file I-751 as early as Oct 21 2011. Why she hates you so much that she does not want to sign the paper?
Women are moody and they can change their minds from time to time. Sit down and have a serious conversation with her. Women just need some sweet words, candy, and flowers.
Do something before she runs away from your life and things get out of control.
