Conditional GC, marriage is not working.

Before lift her condition, we had a verbal fight. She was not happy and does not want to go back to India. We have a 2 years old son who is a US citizen. She filed a fals complaint against me and charged me domestic violence. She took all my household appliances from my apartment and fled to an another city with my son. She placed a restriction order against me and have not seen my son for months. I heard she is filing I-751 on her own. I filed divorce. Should I inform this to USCIS?

I don't see how what anything you can "inform" can be relevant. She can remove conditions by herself after divorce. In any case, what is relevant in Removal of Conditions is that the marriage was originally genuine at the time she got the green card, and you don't seem to dispute that.

This has nothing to do with her I-751, but you should hire an attorney and contest for joint custody or at least visitation rights.

She placed a restriction order against me and have not seen my son for months.
