Is filing I-485 before I-140 considered concurrent filing ??

My I-140 was filed in March 02.
I-485 was filed in Sep 02.
I140 adjucted in March 04

I was wondering if my case will be considered as concurrently filed as I filed I-485 before approval of I140 application.

Please share your thoughts.

I am sorry to answer your question with "no". You will not be part of this new process as your I-140 is already approved.
