Concurrent/Separate filers!!

Based on the rupnet data/progress.....is it a valid assumption that oct-dec02 files geting approvals all fall in the concurrent filer category and the separate filers are the ones waiting from feb-aug 02 filing dates?

Feedback from folks who have got approval recently will be very helpful!!

My RD/ND wa NOv 2002 ... we were approved on 8/16/2004 ... we did not file the 485 concurrently .. though we could have. I waited on my 140 to be cleared before filing the 485. No RFE. Not an Ac21 case. Been with the sponsoring employer all through.

I am concurent filer with ND for 485 Oct 2002, Not approvel or anything on this subject as yet.

Filed concurrently, 485 RD Nov.2002, still waiting. Had 2FP done on July 16th. No change in LUD (still "...600 days...").

same here.. rd SeP2002 nd Oct2002.FP2 in may.concurrent filing.With same employer althrough..no approval yet.
