All,
I had a question that some of you might be able to answer:
Before the concurrent process came into existence, one could not apply for 485 before his/her 140 was approved. Is it true, that in the concurrent process method, both the 140 and 485 will be approved the same day or will INS take a decision on 140 before taking a decision on 485?
If the decision(s) on both the 140 and the 485 are taken at the same time, then how does the concept of RFE work? Will they send an RFE and when they receive a response to the RFE, they will either approve or deny the 140 and the 485?
Thanks
