Finally I got mail from NSC which my I-140 and I-485 had been approved.
Thank you for everybody in this forum, who shared with me everything.
Also teach me the next step for stemping and plastic card.

EB3/RIR/Concurrent
I-140/I485 = RD 10/24/2003
I485 RFE = RD 12/21/2004
I-140/I485 = AD 1/7/2005
:)

Congrats to plumgarden, but for rest of the long-time waiters NSC continues the cruel joke of concurrent approvals.
Also teach me the next step for stemping and plastic card.
Teach US how to get a slice of your luck.

NCS processing Oct 2003 to April 2004 with concurrent files, and August 2002 to May 2003 for nonconcurrent.

This is NOT correct.

I have filed concurrent in June 2003 and still waiting(as per you they are processing Oct 2003 to April 2004 with concurrent files)

Smart! but you are not concurrent, you got your I-140 approved in July, the concurrent cases the I-140 and 485 approved in the same week.

Ofcourse panch is concurrent. He filed both I -140 and I-485 together.
I am concurrent too.
Just because your I-140 is approved earlier that doesnt make you nonconcurrent.

filing 485 and 140 togather dosn't make you concurrent, to be concurrent NSC should process both of them togather and thats started on Oct 2003 only the FY2004. all the approved cases from Oct 2003 to April 2004 got the I-140 and 485 approved in the same day or maximum in the same week.

Don't get concurrent filing mixed up with concurrent adjudication.
Concurrent filers like Panch and me have our I-140's approved earlier, but we are still under concurrent filers.
Now on the other hand, concurrent adjudication (as per Fuji Ohata) is what you are talking about. That is now going to be stopped by USCIS.
